The Australia Institute of Management (AIM) recognises that the solutions for yesterday’s leadership challenges will not equip managers and leaders with the tools for the challenges and opportunities they will face in the future. Therefore the Masterclass series is a forum where these leaders can hear from the experts and network with other senior and aspiring leaders to tackle current and future issues.
There is a small number of seats available for these events (events are capped at 50 attendees); each location will address a different topic to bring topical, relevant and timely concepts to our members; and in Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide attendees will be predominantly C-Suite or senior leaders in their professions, whereas in Melbourne this Masterclass is targeted towards aspiring leaders and middle managers. In Canberra, this event is targeted at STEM specialists.
Topics for each location are:
- SYDNEY, 28 July 2017 – The Future of Work: Leading in disruptive times
- ADELAIDE, 14 September 2017 – The Future of Work: Leading in disruptive times
- CANBERRA, 15 September 2017 – Decoding Leadership: From STEM Specialist to Leader
