At IBSA, we exist to create a skilled workforce. We exist to build the capability and professionalism of today’s workers, and develop their capacity for innovation, and their dedication to lifelong learning and continuous development.
To accomplish this, we work closely with industries to identify what skills are needed and develop training products and services to meet these needs.
Since our inception in 2004, we have been the market leader in developing high quality Vocational Education and Training (VET) learning and assessment resources that enable providers to deliver quality outcomes.
Our team of expert content creators are committed to producing resources that suit every delivery style, including print-based student workbooks (with self-print options available), digital trainer guides and SCORM-compliant e-learning solutions that can be used with our LMS or yours. Our LMS also works as an add-on to your existing LMS, providing more options for your learners.
Our products are widely recognised for their integrity and adaptability, and are used all around Australia and internationally.

With our focus on the VET world, we created IBSA Academy as a non-accredited, flexible learning option for RTO staff and VET Practitioners looking to undertake professional development. IBSA Academy offers online, self-paced courses which cover a range of skills needed in today’s workplace.

IBSA Manufacturing SSO
Furthering our reputation as a leader in industry collaboration, we were selected as the Skills Service Organisation (SSO) for the manufacturing industry and its relevant sectors.
As an SSO, we are government-funded, independent professional bodies that work with employers in our allocated industry to develop training packages that meet the current skill needs of their workers.
