IBSA Public Workshop Terms and Conditions

1. Subject to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, IBSA will not be liable to you for   any loss, damage, cost or other claims.
2.     Workshop fee must be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date.

    3.     Delivery of a workshop by IBSA will depend on a minimum number of registrations being received.

    4.       IBSA reserves the right to alter the date of a workshop if insufficient registrations are received.

    5.       Cancellation policy :

    a.     In the event that IBSA cancels a workshop, registration fees that have been paid will be refunded in full, or can be carried forward to a future event.

    b.    If payment has been received, refunds and transfers will be subject to the reduction of the below fees.

    c.     If payment has not been received, the fees below will be charged accordingly to registrant cancellations and date transfers.

    d.    All cancellations, transfers and change of attendees must be in writing via email to events@ibsa.org.au

    e.    A registrant who cancels registration more than fifteen days before the date of a workshop event will incur a $25 cancellation administration fee per registrant.

    f.      A registrant who transfers their registration to another date fourteen days or less before the date of a workshop event will incur a $25 transfer administration fee per registrant.

    g.     A registrant who cancels registration between eight and fourteen days before the date of a workshop event will incur costs of 50% of the registration fee.

    h.    A registrant who cancels seven days or less before the event or for non-attendance on the day, will incur the full cost of the registration.

    i.       Registrants who are unable to attend may nominate a substitute to replace them at the workshop.

    6.       Personal information provided by registrants during the registration process or otherwise in connection with an IBSA workshop event will be treated in accordance with IBSA’s privacy policy, which is accessible at http://www.ibsa.org.au/Privacy.aspx

    IBSA In-house Professional Development Workshop Terms and Conditions

    1.      Workshop fee must be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date

    a.      Cancellation of an in-house workshop 30 days or more prior to the date of a workshop – No Fee.

    b.      Cancellation of an in-house workshop within 29 days and 15 days before the date of the workshop will incur a charge of 50% of the total workshop fee.

    c.    Cancellation of an in-house workshop within 14 days of the date of the workshop will incur a charge of 50% of the total workshop fee.

    3.       Personal information provided by registrants during the registration process or otherwise in connection with an IBSA workshop event will be treated in accordance with IBSA’s privacy policy, which is accessible at http://www.ibsa.org.au/Privacy.aspx
