What is Digital Distribution?
IBSA will provide your organisation with access to digital versions of its products for you to print yourself.
This gives you a ‘just in time’ resources solution, saving you money by removing the high costs of commercial printing, freight, packaging, over-ordering, and storage.
Which units are available for digital distribution?

How does it work?
IBSA will work with you to determine what resources you need access to, and how many of those you require either immediately or over time. We will talk about your needs and determine a ‘print allocation’ that supports your requirements.
We will ask you to nominate a small number of members of your organisation to act as authorised printers. These members of your team will be the only members able to view and print the digital products from your allocation.
We use a software interface to create a user account for your organisation, establish your authorised printers, make available the encrypted resources, and track your printing activity.
How much are the digital versions?
The digital versions of IBSA’s products are heavily discounted, with many titles being offered at 50% of the current retail price for printed products.
You don’t need to sign up for a large print allocation to be eligible for great discounts either, many titles start at $9.95 per print! On a per student basis this is a fantastic saving.
How am I charged?
After IBSA have worked with you to define your print allocation, we will give you a price based on the amount of product required. You may elect to pay for your print allocation up front, or you may apply to pay for your allocation in quarterly or monthly installments.
Who is digital distribution suitable for?
This initiative suits customers who have repeat requirements for resources that support multiple students, in regular classes or intake groups.
Customers with limited or ad hoc requirements will probably benefit more by continuing to purchase IBSA’s printed products.
Can I send the digital versions directly to students?
Not as a part of this initiative. However, PDF versions of our resources are included with our e-learning products.
What do I need to consider?
In general the biggest area for our clients to consider is whether they have the required print and distribution capability within their organisation.
Are IBSA’s printed resources and e-learning products still available?
Absolutely, digital distribution is simply an extra initiative aimed at assisting our stakeholders in achieving their outcomes.
