Innovation Business Skills Australia (IBSA) has commissioned Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) and Precision Consultancy to undertake a review of the Human Resource Qualifications and units of competency contained within the BSB07 Business Services Training Package.
The review aims to identify whether the Human Resource Qualifications and Units of Competency sufficiently reflect and meet the needs, challenges and workforce demands of this ever growing industry.
In the first stage of the review IBSA is seeking feedback from stakeholders. A Discussion Paper has been prepared to support this process and can be found here. Feedback should be provided by no later than COB Friday 14 November 2011
In February 2012 further consultation will be undertaken and will include phone, face to face interviews, workshops and feedback received via the IBSA Review and Feedback Register. Workshops will be held in major cities throughout Australia. Dates, venue location to be confirmed and will be posted on the IBSA website January 2012.
