This document is intended to be the primary information source for registered training organisations (RTOs), registrar organisations, cabler assessors and workers seeking restricted and open registration.

For the IBSA Training Package qualifications, the Pathways document outlines the regulatory requirements that may apply to Cabling, Digital Reception, Radio Communications and Network qualifications where regulatory competencies are chosen.
