Innovation Business Skills Australia (IBSA) has commissioned Skilled Blend to undertake a scoping review of the Cartons and Corrugating and Sacks and Bags qualifications and relevant units of competency in the ICP10 Printing and Graphic Arts Training Package. It is anticipated that the review will be completed by the end of December 2011.
The review will:
- establish industry requirement, level of demand, uptake and impediments for delivery of the:
- ICP20810 Certificate II in Printing and Graphic Arts (Sacks and Bags)
- ICP20810 Certificate II in Printing and Graphic Arts (Cartons)
- ICP20910 Certificate II in Printing and Graphic Arts (Corrugating)
- ICP30810 Certificate III in Printing and Graphic Arts (Sacks and Bags)
- ICP30910 Certificate III in Printing and Graphic Arts (Cartons and Corrugating)
- identify resources and/or tools that will assist enterprises map skills needs based on Training Package pathways
- provide an analysis of how the qualifications and units of competency could be amended (if required) to better meet industry requirements
