Superannuation Workforce Development Strategy

IBSA will form a Workforce Development Strategy (WDS) for the Superannuation sector of the Financial Services industry to help ensure the skilled workforce needed by this sector and the wider industry are available.

IBSA intends, in supporting formation of a Superannuation WDS, to facilitate a strategic and structured approach to identifying and meeting workforce development and skills needs.

The Strategy will provide an activity guide and establish a platform for cooperation across a range of stakeholders. IBSA also anticipates that the WDS will assist stakeholders to form partnerships to achieve the necessary skills outcomes.

Strategy finalisation

The Superannuation Workforce Development Strategy is being finalised in preparation for release in early 2013.
