TAA Enhancements - TAA04 Version 2.1 Now Available
The new, Version 2.1 Training Package for Training and Assessment (TAA04) is now available. TAA04 Version 2.1 is the complete package of generic and employability skills required for success in Training and Assessment. TAA04 Version 2.1 is the essential tool for all training providers delivering Training and Assessment programs. 
TAA04 Version 2.1 is different to its predecessor Versions 1 and 2.
The three changes include:
- Minor changes to the assessment guidelines
- Changes to three units of competency:
- TAADEL301C Provide training through instruction and
demonstration of work skills
- TAAASS401C Plan and organise assessment
- TAAASS402C Assess competence
- Development of three skill sets:
- Assessor
- Enterprise Trainer
- Enterprise Trainer and Assessor
 TAA04 Version 2.1 has been endorsed by the National Quality Council and is now available for purchase through IBSA, the National Industry Skills Council. Although the changes are not yet available through the NTIS, RTOs interested in delivering the enhanced Training Package are able to order copies through the IBSA
