Professional Development Workshops

IBSA is recently conducted a series of professional development on BSB07 Contact Centre Operations. The workshops will provided users with an overview of the Contact Centre Operations qualifications within the Business Services Training Package.

In addition to the Overview, Specialist Workshops were also held which covered:

• Assessing for RPL against BSB07 Contact Centre Operations qualifications
• The application of employability skills for BSB07 Contact Centre Operations qualifications
• Developing assessment strategies and assessment tools for BSB07 Contact Centre Operations qualifications.
